Switzerland brought its innovation ecosystem to Paris for the 10th edition of VivaTech, Europe’s largest startup and tech event.

From 17 to 20 June 2026, the swisstech pavilion showcased 26 high-potential Swiss startups alongside leading players from Switzerland’s innovation ecosystem. From AI and robotics to clean technologies, healthtech and cybersecurity, the pavilion offered a glimpse into technologies developed in Switzerland and their potential applications.

Robotics took centre stage in 2026, with live demonstrations ranging from underwater robots and embodied AI to humanoid systems. The pavilion also served as a meeting point for entrepreneurs, researchers, investors and international partners, with a programme of pitches, demonstrations and networking activities.

A highlight of the Swiss presence was the Global Deep Tech Battle, an international pitch competition bringing startups from around the world onto the swisstech stage to present solutions in fields including robotics, AI, space and security, cleantech and medtech.

The swisstech pavilion at VivaTech is a joint initiative showcasing Switzerland as a leading location for innovation and strengthening connections between the Swiss innovation ecosystem and international partners.
