Schwingen, or Swiss wrestling, in collaboration with the Federal Association of Swiss Wrestling.

Swiss wrestling, also called Schwingen, is a style of folk wrestling native to Switzerland, more specifically the pre-alpine parts of German-speaking Switzerland.

During this day, you will have the chance to take part in a demonstration – from the warm-up to the simulation – of a traditional swiss-wrestling match. You will have the possibility of taking part in an initiation to the Swiss-wrestling –  don’t worry, children are also welcome! A professional Swiss-wrestler will make you discover the history and the secrets of this particular sport!
