The House of Switzerland Italia 2026 welcomed over 100,000 visitors across three vibrant locations in Milan, Cortina d’Ampezzo, and Bormio. Over 29 days, guests celebrated the Olympic spirit through Swiss hospitality, live screenings, and culinary experiences.
This unique project beautifully highlighted the shared Alpine culture and Swiss excellence in innovation, design, and sustainability.

Within its three venues in Milan, Cortina d’Ampezzo and Bormio, the House of Switzerland Italia 2026 welcomed visitors from Switzerland, Italy and from all over the world in a vibrant atmosphere. Open for everyone to enjoy Swiss hospitality, it was the place to watch the Games live on the big screen, cheer on athletes as they brought home medals, engage in a curated programme of events and savour culinary experiences, all inspired by the Swiss cutting-edge innovation.
In Milan, part of the Centro Svizzero transformed itself into an urban Alpine garden through the poetic concept Flora Alpina, blending design, nature, and creativity. In Cortina d’Ampezzo, a cozy mountain retreat welcomed guests to relax, connect, and celebrate in a warm atmosphere just steps from the Olympic Stadium. In the central Bar Bormio, Switzerland created a special meeting point - a place for athletes, fans, media, and partners to celebrate the Olympic Spirit.
The project aimed to celebrate the Alpine region as a shared space of life and culture between Switzerland and Italy, highlighting Switzerland’s excellence in innovation, sustainability, sport, design and beyond. A concept that was enjoyed by over 100,000 visitors over the course of its 29 days opening days.
