Swiss Wine Tasting

Switzerland is also a country which makes wine! The association of the "Vignerons de la Côte Vaudoise" (the Canton Vaud Wine makers) organizes daily wine tastings with the intent of presenting the diversity and the quality of its vineyards and terroirs. The Chasselas grape varietal makes the most popular wine in Switzerland. The Chasselas is a dry, mineral white wine that goes perfectly well with l'Etivaz AOP cheeses, these two products are in Brazil for the first time.

Direct from the Swiss Alps these cheeses are crafted by families and are aged 16, 24 and up to 30 months. L'Etivaz AOP cheeses and the Chasselas wine make a perfect paring. This unique experience will be a single sample of the authenticity of the culture and the savoir-faire Swiss.

The workshop will be closed during the 22nd till the 25th of August and starts again on August 26th. 

Fee: 30 BRL per person for degustation of three different types of wine and three different types of cheese.
