12pm - 8pm: Victorinox – A story of Swiss innovation

Victorinox, like many Swiss companies, champions sustainability and it is as integral to the brand as the legendary Swiss Army Knife the brand is famous for. Victorinox has created reated a recycling system that is unique to their manufacturing process, ensuring no raw materials are wasted and that excess energy created during the production of Swiss Army Knives is re-used in the factory and the local area. 12pm - 8pm: FLYER, innovation in mobility

The Swiss company "Biketec AG", founded in 2001, is a pioneer in the industry. It manufactured the first ever Swiss electric bicycle, the FLYER, available in 11 different models. Today, some 50,000 FLYERs per year are produced in Huttwil which lies in the famous Emmental in the Canton of Berne. A private solar power station is installed on the plants roof top and transforms the “Emmental sun” into clean and sustainable energy.
