Three different food concept spaces will welcome the general public offering an enticing mélange of Swiss food at its best, featuring beloved Swiss classics, authentic home-style cooking, and a focus on signature dishes from the region of “Bernese Oberland.”
The cuisine will feature the freshest local ingredients from Britain as well as produce for which the Swiss are particularly renowned, such as dairy, meats, bread and cakes, which shall be sourced directly from Switzerland or replicated with traditional Swiss quality.
This authentic dining experience will be complemented by delicious Swiss regional wines and beverages brought in especially for the occasion. The service representatives will be selected from the various multilingual areas of Switzerland, and will take care of guests with true Swiss Hospitality.
Visitors to the Swiss hospitality centre can enjoy Swiss and Bernese specialities at reasonable prices. In our wide-ranging gastronomic menu there is something for everyone.

Invitingly rustic, the Bernese Chalet offers the cosy feel of a “Caveau” and a menu featuring the traditional classics of “Swiss Comfort Food”, with a particular focus on dishes from the Bernese Oberland.

La Brasserie with its cool and contemporary setting provides the perfect backdrop in which to sample Swiss culinary art at its finest. Mosimann’s unique and creative blend of modern Swiss cuisine and traditional regional fare will tempt every palate.
